    Mie Suzuka-shi Ishiyakushicho 1
    The temple is located along Route 25 in Ishiyakushi-cho, Suzuka City, and was founded by Taicho in 726. The main image is a hidden Buddha statue, but it is displayed to the public on December 20 every year during the Susuhariboshi (dusting off of soot) ceremony.

    西国薬師霊場巡りの一環として初めて行きました。こじんまりしていましたが歴史が感じられ、東海道の宿場町の寺でした。御朱印帳も東海道が描かれていました。

    Mie Suzuka-shi Takatsukacho 1777
    This Buddhist temple is located in Takatsuka-cho, Suzuka City. Founded in 812 by the great priest Kobo Daishi to enshrine a statue depicting the legendary Yamato Takeru as a Buddhist deity, the temple later built a hall to enshrine an 11-headed Kanzeon Bodhisattva statue as its principal object of worship. The mountain on the grounds behind the temple is famous as the place where Kira no Nikichi, sworn friend of Shimizu no Jirocho, lost his life in the Fight at Kojinyama, and there is a memorial that was erected by shamisen storyteller Torazo Hirosawa.

    任侠の地元親分の縄張り争いに清水の次郎長一家が加勢して大立ち回りが行われた場所が荒神山観音寺裏手のようです。勝負には勝ったようですが凶弾に倒れた「吉良の仁吉」を偲んで、講談師「広沢虎造」が建立した碑が建っています。現在は多少雑木林も残っていますが、開発が進んでいますね。JR関西線加佐登駅から徒歩で30分ほどでしょうかハイキングにも良いです。

    Mie Mie-gun Komonocho Komono 8550
    This Buddhist temple is located in Komono Town, Mie County, Mie Prefecture. Records state it was founded in 807 by the great monk Saicho and it is believed to have been a bastion for Tendai Buddhist warrior monks. Today, the temple is famous for granting worshippers luck in finding love and marriage, and many worshippers make offerings of origami paper cranes based on a legend concerning the temple. The temple holds the Sohei Festival celebrating its warrior monk history each year in October, and this festival is also the largest fire festival in the prefecture.

    Mie Kameyama-shi Nomura 3-18-1
    This Buddhist temple is located in 3-Chome Nomura, Kameyama City. The ancient temple was founded by the great priest Gyoki on the order of Emperor Shomu. The original main temple building was lost in the fires of war and later rebuilt, but the temple's principal object of worship, a sculpture created in the early Heian period, is still enshrined inside to this day. A standing figure of Amitabha said to have been adapted from a statue of Bhaisajyaguru made from a single piece of wood, it has been designated a national Important Cultural Property.

    亀山城下町の西の端にあた京口門を出て関宿に行く旧東海道沿いにあります。この寺には9世紀ごろ作られたといわれる木造阿弥陀如来立像が安置されています。

    This Buddhist temple is located in 2-Chome Innounishi, Suzuka City. Records state the temple was founded in the first half of the eighth century by the great priest Gyoki on the grounds of Ino Shrine. The temple enshrines three Buddhist statues created in the Heian period depicting a standing Bhaisajyaguru and two of the heavenly kings - Dhrtarastra and Vaisravana, both also standing. All three statues have been designated National Important Cultural Properties.

    This Buddhist temple located in 3-Chome Jike, Suzuka City. An ancient Shingon Buddhist temple founded some 1,300 years ago, the temple's principal object of worship, a statue depicting a white robe-clad Kannon, is said to grant women worshippers an easy childbirth. The temple grounds are also the location of the Fudanzakura, a National Natural Monument-designated cherry tree which continues to bloom and which never loses its leaves throughout the year.

    関駅から徒歩10分ほど。 741年に行基によって創建された真言宗御室派の寺院。本尊は地蔵菩薩坐像(日本最古の地蔵菩薩)。本堂は1700年築で木造瓦葺き。堂内には狩野永敬作の天井画があるそうだが拝観は予約が必要(拝観料500円)。境内には他に愛染堂(1630年築)、鐘楼(1644年築)があり、本堂、愛染堂、鐘楼は国重要文化財に指定されている、

    2020年の寝釈迦祭りはご開帳だけ〜 残念無念。人出も全然でした。 また来年行ってみよー！ 神戸の街並みが意外や意外、趣きがありました。 そっか、昔の街道沿いの町なんですね。 工業、モータースポーツ、 ショッピングモールの鈴鹿市。 市役所お膝元は歴史ある街道の町でした。

    住職が俳句の門弟で、芭蕉の歌会が行われた場所。今は住宅地の中にありますが、江戸時代はかっこうが鳴く緑豊かな場所のようです。

    旧東海道沿いに有る天台真盛宗の寺院です。琵琶湖西側にあり明智家の菩提寺西教寺を本山とする宗派です。文化財も多く県指定の仏さまもあると説明書に記載されていました。このエリアは少し高台にあるため、境内からは遠くを見渡すことが出来ます。

    カッコ良い山門がある七福神めぐりの大黒天と言ったところですが、狭い境内にはしっかり歴史を刻んでいます。聖徳太子が創建した歴史を持ち、本堂前のイチョウの木が、大きいです。

    関宿のメイン通りから少し入ったところにある。 創建年不明。浄土真宗本願寺派の寺院。本尊は阿弥陀如来。本堂は木造瓦葺き。山門は関宿にあった2軒の本陣のうち川北本陣の門を1872年に移築したもので市指定文化財となっている。

    鈴鹿市周辺の神社仏閣を6社ほど廻らさせて貰いましたが、最後にたまたま寄ったこのお寺がとても良かったです。 とても優しくて、有難いお話がとてもわかりやすく説明していただき最高に感謝です。 また是非参拝します。

Spread across the eastern side of the Kii Peninsula, Mie prefecture boasts hundreds of kilometers of pretty coastline comprising the oyster-rich Toba city and Shima National Park all the way down to Kumano, a city that marks the beginning of part of the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage, which runs into neighboring Wakayama prefecture. However, Mie is best known for the Ise Jingu Shinto shrine inland, one of the oldest and largest shrines in the country.
