    沼津駅北口を右手に歩いていくと５分程度で到着します。数年前に利用頻度の少なかった？古くはない施設を解体し、新しくしました。計画性のない建物だったのか、税金の無駄遣いと思われたものから、今のおしゃれな建物にかわりました。イベント会場や会議施設、宿泊施設、駐車場があります。２-３階の休憩場所は、半端ない開放感があり、テーブルや椅子が設置され、居心地がいいところです。
