- "A bakery located in Togashi which has many customers who come here regularly from various areas both within and from outside the prefecture. Focusing on pain de campagne and other crusty breads, the bakery takes pride in its authentic French breads made with homemade yeast. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the bakery makes breads filled with fruits and nuts like the ""Kurumi Dossari"" walnut bread which are sliced thin and sold by volume. The bakery's meal style breads, like slow-risen baguettes, and its sweet breads are also popular. Particularly recommended are the bakery's pita sandwiches, made with lots of vegetables and pastrami beef served in chewy pita bread."

金沢に何店かある人気のパン屋さんです ここのBLTサンドが一番のお気に入りです。あとクリームチーズとナッツ?のパンも好きです。 ハード系のパンは少ないかもしれませんが、種類も豊富だと思います。 店員さんのレジうちが早くていつも驚いてっしまいます。 並んでいる事が多いのですがレジが早いのでそんなに待ちません。 パンを買うとコーヒーやソフトドリンクが１杯もらえます。
