It carries the company’s regularly lineup, which includes their soft and moist Hotel Bread loafs, their Salt Butter Bread, and their Melon Bread (sweet bun made from an enriched dough covered in a thin layer of crisp cookie dough), as well as new seasonal items.

The bakery’s fresh baked, texture-rich bread made with natural yeast levain are well reviewed; the shop’s name is derived from “buchi,” a word that means “very” in the local Hiroshima dialect. Making use of the natural blessings of Onomichi, Butti sells a variety of unique and original products incorporating local ingredients. The bakery is constantly seeking to create and improve on its products in order to provide the “ultimate daily breads” that are healthy and gentle on the body. The inside of the bakery is fashionable and resembles a European café.

    A long-established bakery well known in Kure and founded in 1936. The striking building painted in a melon color is located in Hondori, Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Their famous melonpan is a rugby ball shaped cake filled with the bakery’s specially made cream. Customers have been drawn to the taste, size, soft and fluffy texture, unchanged since the shop first opened and more often than not it’ll be sold out early in the day. The shop also sells many other kinds of bread and cakes like their heiwapan with castella sponge and strawberry jam.

    呉で有名なパン屋さんと紹介され行きました。何となく懐かしい味でコスパも良くお勧めですが、残念なのは、日曜日が定休日です。

Popular with local residents since it first opened in 2011 there will often be a queue of customers on the weekend. Prized for the way in which the bakery leavens and leaves the dough its motto is to make bread fit for the table every day. The bakery has a wide selection from crusty bread to buns with various fillings and sweet breads. Their thick curry bread with lots of beef tendon is especially popular.

    This is a take away specialty store, located about a three minute walk from Miyajima Pier, in Miyajima Town, Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. A specialty is the oyster curry bun, made by highly skilled bakers, and is a mild curry paste with two plump oysters inside. The texture of the crispy fried bun full of the sweet flavor of oysters and curry is delicious, sometimes selling 2,200 pieces a day. Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki which can be eaten with one hand and Miyajima croissant rusks are also popular.

    昨年4月春の広島に桜見物を目的できました。この時は近くの宿に宿泊し、朝食にカキ入りカレーパンを買いました。

    創業100年のパン屋さん。なんといってもご主人のおばちゃんの人柄がいい。非常に気さくで話好きで本当に自分のおばあちゃんと話してるようで気分が和む。それだけでも行く価値あり。パンはアンパン、ねじりパン、メロンパンの3種類とサイダー、ラムネが購入できます。このサイダーもいいです。ラムネも買いたかったけどサイダーもラムネも結構な値段なので断念。なんか懐かしく心がなごむよいお店です。

    This bakery shop is located a seven-minute walk from the Habu Port Passenger Terminal. Identifiable by its old-fashioned, faded yellow canvas awning, the shop makes original breads which have even been featured on television. The shop’s Neji Pan (twist bread) is particularly popular; the vaunted and exquisite bread has a fluffy, chewy texture and is covered with a heaping helping of granulated sugar. The crispy curry bread is also highly popular and it’s not unusual for these tasty breads to sell out before noon.

    西条駅構内、改札口フロアと同じ階にある便利な店舗でした。今回は軽食用に持帰りとしたのですが、店内奥にはイートインスペースも完備されておりカフェ利用も想定されていました。駅周辺に適当なカフェが見当たらず、一寸休憩するにも便利そうでした。

    三原駅の高架下を利用した店舗でした。イートインスペースのあるベーカリーショップで、今回は一寸した休憩がてら朝食としました。ミニサラダ付のトーストセットは厚切り食パン1枚が乗っており、バターといちごジャムが提供され以外にも充実していました。猶、イートインスペースでは大声で騒ぐ年配グループ客が煩く客層の悪さが気になりました。

    山陽自動車道小谷サービスエリアには、ベーカリーショップアンデルセンが大規模な感じで有ります。朝7時からオープンしているので、朝食用に焼きたてのパンを購入するのもいいですね。
