"A bakery located in Togashi which has many customers who come here regularly from various areas both within and from outside the prefecture. Focusing on pain de campagne and other crusty breads, the bakery takes pride in its authentic French breads made with homemade yeast. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the bakery makes breads filled with fruits and nuts like the ""Kurumi Dossari"" walnut bread which are sliced thin and sold by volume. The bakery's meal style breads, like slow-risen baguettes, and its sweet breads are also popular. Particularly recommended are the bakery's pita sandwiches, made with lots of vegetables and pastrami beef served in chewy pita bread."

金沢市富樫にあります、小さなパンさんですがここはこだわりがすごいです、ここはパンの焼き上がりが黒板に書いてあります私の好きなのはバゲットは11時ごろ焼き上がります、このバゲットは絶妙な塩加減と生地の旨味と嚙み応えが絶品の味です。
