    Kirinzan Brewery located in Aga Town, Higashikambara County, Niigata Prefecture is famous for Kirinzan, the well-known liquor of Echigo Tsugawa. The well-established shop is said to have started brewing sake in 1843, and produces and sells its exclusive sake prepared with local Okuaga rice and pure underground water. It has stuck to its dry taste even when people were fond of a sweet taste, and the rich and sharp flavor is also popular among sake connoisseurs. There is a range of popular items for souvenirs and gifts, including sake named after the Tsugawa Fox Wedding Parade and a sake wrapped in a traditional Japanese hand towel made by a well-established shop.

    カーブドッチワイナリーの売店のすぐ奥にあるマルシェです。ワインはもちろんですが、お勧めはいい香りを漂わせているパンが沢山売られています。ごっつく重い丸ごとパンから一工夫した個別パンまで、パン好きにはたまらないと思います。2種類購入しましたがとても美味しかったです。

    新潟駅近くにある酒屋さんで、朝は９時から営業しています。ビルの１階にああるので、店舗面積自体は広くないですが、県外ではなかなか入手できない新潟の銘酒がそろっていて、冷蔵庫を見るだけで興奮してきます。店舗内の一角には有料の試飲スペースがあり、ぽん酒館よりも落ち着いて飲めるので、お薦めです。
