- Yamaguchi Shimonoseki-shi Hatabumiyanoshitacho 8-23
- A shop in Shimonoseki Shuzo in Hatabumiyanoshita-cho, Shimonoseki City. They hold tastings of seasonal sake and limited-edition spirits. The cafe serves cheese cake made with Daiginjo sake lees, drinks made with amazake, and sake tasting sets.

- This alcohol store is located a ten-minute walk from the Yamaguchi Prefectural Office. It has sake, shochu, beer and organic wine from all over Japan, mainly selling local alcohol from Yamaguchi. The alcohol purchased directly from brewers is stored with strict temperature control, so you can purchase delicious alcohol that retains its original flavor. Sumikawa Shuzo's Toyobijin Junmai Ginjo, which is characterized by its gorgeous aroma and refreshing taste, and Sarugaku Junmai Ginjo from Nagayama Shuzo, which is known for mountain monkeys, have attracted attention beyond the generations.

Yamaguchi Areas
Heading west along Japan’s largest island, Honshu, the very last prefecture you’ll reach is Yamaguchi, separated from Kyushu by a small strip of water known as the Kanmon Straits, which the far-reaching harbor city Shimonoseki looks over. With water at every turn, the seafood of Yamaguchi is an indisputable highlight, and we’re not talking just the usual fish dishes - the notorious fugu, or puffer fish, is a Japanese delicacy that was discovered in Yamaguchi prefecture, making it the best place to try it out.
