    今日は、鎌倉の大好きなフレンチeteさんへ！！ 折角、鎌倉に来たので、美味しいパンを買おうと思い、 人気の「キビヤベーカリー」さんへやってきました。 御成通りから路地に入ったところにお店はありますが、 立て看板があり、すぐに見つけることができました。 今日は、 ・あんぱん ・チョコパン ・ソーセージ の３種類のパンを購入して帰りました。 翌朝の朝食で美味しくいただきました。

    This bakery wants its customers to eat food that is safe with peace of mind. They use a stone mortar to grind their own wheat flour which incorporates husked barley, and they use items that are 100% natural such as yeast which requires fermentation, herbs, beer, seasonal fruits, and yogurt. The shop is easily identified by its statue of Charlie Chaplin standing out in front.

    バゲットリュミエールがとにかく絶品。作り手の愛情が感じられる。小麦の味も段違いにおいしいです。藤沢産、フランス産オーガニック、北海道産という選りすぐりの小麦だけを使用しているとのことで味も納得です。

    鎌倉 長谷の由比ガ浜通りにお店があります。おしゃれなお店におしゃれなチョコレートがいっぱい並んでいます。チョコレートの高級店です。大切な人へのプレゼント、自分へのご褒美への高級なチョコレートとしてピッタリです。鎌倉駅の中心街からはちょっと離れていますけど、その分、落ち着いて買い物ができます。僕のチョコレートの隠れ家です。

    This bakery and Western confectionary shop is a five-minute walk from the east exit of JR Kamakura Station. The longstanding establishment opened in 1929 and locals and even regular customers from far and wide make their way here seeking the delicious, old-fashioned flavors of its products. Inside, the open and airy shop is filled with batards, melon bread, croquette sandwiches, and other breads and bread-based foods, as well as choux cremes, cheesecake, eclairs, and many other Western confections. There's an eat-in space in the back where you can enjoy a slice of cake you've purchased along with a cup of black tea or coffee.

    「鶴岡八幡宮」でお参りして、次は「若宮大路」方面へ。 珍しいお店がたくさんありましたが、雨が降っていたので、パン屋さんらしきお店を見つけたので入店してみました。 それがこちらの「セデリカ」さん。 パン屋さんですが、ケーキも結構揃っていました。 喫茶スペースもあって居心地の良さそうな空間でした。 ２個だけパンを購入、間食でいただきましたが、素朴な感じで食べやすいパンでした。

    鎌倉散歩で、小腹が空いたらここがお勧めです。小ぶりな感じで軽く疲れた身体に程よい甘さの餡が染み込んで、もうちょっと歩こうかなって思わせてくれます。

    ランチの長い待ち時間にブラブラしていたら友人にとても美味しいと案内されたのがこちらの店。既に売り切れのパンも多かったのですが食べたかったパンはまだ少し残りがあり安心。友人のおすすめのパンはティーブランというホワイトチョコと紅茶が練りこまれたパンでした。あと新作のベーコン&チーズを買ってみました。今まで食べたことがないティーブランの味にはまりました。また買いに行きたいと思います。

    食パン専門店として有名なのですが、それほどふわふわでも生クリーム感が足りませんでした。ほかのを食べすぎてしまったからか、、、残念。もっとスポンジケーキのようなパンを想像してしまったか。

    稲村ケ崎で夕日を見た後の遅い時間に立ち寄ったので、パンの種類は少なくなっていましたが、チーズとラズベリーのデニッシュ、ナッツとチョコのデニッシュ、レーズンブレッドを購入しました。 とてもおいしかったです。 レーズンがもう少し多く入っていたらよかったかなとは思いました。 カフェにもなっているので、次回は早い時間に行ってみようと思います。

    大船駅の構内は現在自粛中で電気も最小限、ルミネも食材以外は休み中ですからとても暗い雰囲気です。 そんな中でシャッターの前でひっそり営業している高久パンも人はいない様子です。 カレーパンなどの惣菜パンやコッペパンサンドが有名ですが、今日は食パンでお付き合いです。 とにかく薄暗い構内でですから目立たないですね。
