    This is a dedicated chocolate shop located in the Ginza district of Tokyo’s Chuo City. The shop is famous for having been opened by Hironobu Tsujiguchi, a chocolatier who took the highest ranking four years consecutively at the chocolate show held during chocolate festival Salon du Chocolat. Inside the store display cases are beautiful bonbon chocolates with melt-in-the-mouth textures. There is also a small cafe space where guests can enjoy coffee and tea.

Using high-quality non-homogenized milk, the ice cream is made so as to not disrupt the flavor, color, texture or balance. Its surprisingly tall appearance has gathered a lot of attention on Instagram and is a fun sight to see. The best time to eat it is 10 seconds after serving. As you wait, the outside hardens and the inside is left soft. The sweetness is mellow, so you can enjoy a number of flavors and toppings.

    This take-out shop is the Ueno Station branch of the Shiretoko, Hokkaido shop siretoko factory. Their signature item is their baked donut, made with loads of honey straight from Hokkaido right in the batter. There's even a cute little Kumagoron bear face stuck right in the donut hole, so it's as fun to see as to eat! The Ueno Station shop also has limited edition panda versions to commemorate Ueno Zoo's pandas!
