    ウイーンに行った時に、ホテルザッハーでザッハトルテを食べて嵌りました。甘いケーキと甘みの無い泡立てた生クリームを一緒に頂きながら珈琲を飲むのが至福の時でした。日本では、もっぱらここデメルのザッハトルテを頂いています。今度は違うケーキも試してみようかな?と思っています。
