This shopping complex is located in front of the Kashiwa Station in Kashiwa, Kashiwa City. This building has many tenants from floors threethrough eightincluding apparel and fashion goods shops, beauty and body care services, a culture school, and the Kashiwa City passport center. On floors oneand twoare restaurants and food shops including a convenience store. The basement floor has a store selling used anime, comic and hobby items.

柏駅東口の南サイドにあるデパートマルイ柏店の2階はフードコート風に飲食店がある。ここはその中のクレープショップ。
