- A natural hot spring bathhouse located in the huge complex facility Tsukuba You World, a five-minute drive from the Sakura-tsuchiura interchange. One of the bathhouse's biggest features is the fact that it's open 24 hours a day. The bathhouse makes use of a natural hot spring located in a geological layer 1,241 meters below ground estimated to have been formed some 65 million years ago. There's a Japanese bath-style area with a hinoki cypress tub where you can soak and take in a beautiful tile mural, as well as a Roman-style bath area featuring marble and beautiful carvings. Which is the men's and which is the women's is changed twice a month. There's also a bedrock bath and spa. Further, the bathhouse offers beauty treatments; serves Japanese, Chinese, and Western-style food; and offers theater shows.

つくばにある健康ランドで露天風呂は温泉でした。2021年1月現在深夜営業は行っていません。女性は水曜日、男性は木曜日に1100円で利用出来ます。現金のみしか決済は利用出来ません。飲み物等はキーで記録したあと退店時に精算です。

ドライブの途中で立ち寄り。土日料金は100円高く810円で出入りはできません。 なにげにサウナと思って入ったところが『塩サウナ』。中に塩がいっぱいあり、身体にすり込み、汗で溶ける迄待ちます。温度はあまり高くないので負担はありません。 出てからシャワーで洗い流すとなんとお肌がツルツルしっとり。びっくりです。

- A recuperative hot spring facility located in the heart of the city along Prefectural Route 54 heading east from Kurogo Station on the Joso Line. The facility has a heated pool, training room, and hot spring baths including outdoor baths fed with water from a natural spring located 1,500 meters underground. One of the nice things about the facility is that it can be used by non-residents as well as reasonable prices. There's a spa pool filled with recuperative hot spring water in the pool area which can be walked in to promote health. There's rest area with comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing, a massage room, and a consultation room where a professional can give you advice about your health woes and aches. This facility is truly dedicated to the health and comfort of its patrons.

茨城県筑西市にある日帰り温泉施設です。私の訪問時、隣接する施設では健康診断が行われていましたので、健康支援施設が集積しているのかもしれません。 肝心の温泉は鉱泉の循環使用。消毒臭は強くありませんでしたが、浴感も感じませんでした。

- A bathhouse in Hinosawa, Hitachiomiya City. One of its tubs uses a boat propeller to circulate the water, which is quite unusual nationwide. Bathing there helps you relax and shape up, promoting blood circulation and offsetting the effects of not getting enough exercise. Their restaurant serves handmade soba noodles. Other facilities include private rooms, a karaoke area, and a shop. A beer garden opens from May to October.

８月初旬に訪問しました。前回（数年前）の食事の内容がまあまあ良かったので，天ざるソバを注文しようとしたが，大盛が出来ないというので海鮮丼とソバのセットメニューに変更。少なめのソバと刺身もご飯も暖かい海鮮丼にびっくり。奥茨城村の海鮮丼は刺身もご飯もホット！

- An outdoor and relaxation center located on the west side of Yachiyo Town a 20-minute drive from the Sakai-Koga interchange. Outdoor facilities include a campground and walking paths. There's also a rest and relaxation hall and a hot spring bathhouse to the right of that where visitors can enjoy bathing in natural hot spring waters. The bathhouse' sodium chloride hot spring is said to benefit such ailments as nerve pain, joint pain, and sensitivity to cold. It also warms the body down to the core, preventing post bath chills, and is said to beautify the skin. Bathers can enjoy both an open-air bath and a jacuzzi bath.

- A day trip hot spring bathhouse located along Prefectural Route 29 traveling from JR Yamagatajuku Station and heading towards Hitachiota. The bathhouse notably uses water drawn from the underground Nishi-Kanasa natural hot spring. The waters of this spring are said to be good for the skin and treat such ailments as skin diseases and aid in the recovery from fatigue. In addition to a spacious indoor bath area, the bathhouse also has an outdoor bath from which bathers can enjoy seasonal scenery. Private rest lounges and baths make it easy for families to enjoy hot spring bathing as well. The bathhouse' restaurant serves dishes made with local ingredients such as tofu made by hand using blue soybeans and soba noodles made with Hitachi Aki buckwheat, a local Kanasa specialty product.

もう少し安いのならいいんだけどなぁ… 入館に800円 さらにタオルは200円 結構高いです 湯は最高に気持ちいい さらに風呂自体は狭いが、なので混むとちょっとってなるが、地元の人しか来ないみたい もう少し安いなら仕事帰りに行くんだけどなぁ…って感じです

- This bath house is located in Keganocho, Hitachiota City. They have two bathing areas, one with an open-air bath, and one with a sauna. They provide accommodation and also welcome visitors who just stop by for the baths. They have a hall that can hold 50 people, as well as a restaurant. At their workshop section they hold soba noodle and konnyaku gelatin cooking classes using local ingredients. You need to book your spot in advance.

毎年、勝田全国マラソンの前日に利用しています。週末の昼間でもそんなに混雑していたこともなく快適に利用しています。 サウナに露天、ジャグジー等全て揃っていますし、食事処も比較的広くて価格もお手頃でした。

ここにはトレーニングの施設があります。だいぶ前はトレーニング機器だけが置いてあった記憶がありますが、今はスタッフが常時いて使い方等のサポートもしてくれています。時間によっては機器が結構うまっているくらい盛況なこともあります。年齢層は40-70台のかたが、トレーニングの施設としては年齢層が高いとおもいますが皆さんイキイキしてますね。隣の部屋では、カラオケ教室？カラオケ大会のようなイベントをやっている...
