- A natural hot spring bathhouse located in the huge complex facility Tsukuba You World, a five-minute drive from the Sakura-tsuchiura interchange. One of the bathhouse's biggest features is the fact that it's open 24 hours a day. The bathhouse makes use of a natural hot spring located in a geological layer 1,241 meters below ground estimated to have been formed some 65 million years ago. There's a Japanese bath-style area with a hinoki cypress tub where you can soak and take in a beautiful tile mural, as well as a Roman-style bath area featuring marble and beautiful carvings. Which is the men's and which is the women's is changed twice a month. There's also a bedrock bath and spa. Further, the bathhouse offers beauty treatments; serves Japanese, Chinese, and Western-style food; and offers theater shows.

- A spa and resort with hot spring baths, heated pool, and sports gym located a 15-minute drive from the Mito-Oarai interchange on the Kita-Kanto Expressway. The waters of the resort's sodium chloride spring are said to ease such ailments as nerve pain and muscle soreness. The resort's spacious bathing areas boast such facilities as a full body bath, medicinal herb bath, jet bath, and sauna, perfect for a fun day spent rejuvenating mind and body. There are various programs offered in conjunction with the pool and sports gym and visitors can receive coaching from dedicated trainers. There's also a restaurant serving fresh, tasty local seafood.

茨城ドライブに行った一日の終わりに。結構広く、きれいで快適な温泉でした。休憩所もあり、疲れをとってから帰路に向かいました。
