This winery in Minamiuonuma City has been making wine with skills cultivated in Bordeaux, France and grapes cultivated by Minamiuonuma's climate for over 40 years. Its wines are highly praised by wine professionals for their quality. The winery ages their wines in rooms chilled with natural snow. As they put it, their unique wines are cultivated, protected, and brewed by the snow. The winery's shop offers a selection of their wines, including their snow-aged wine sekki and wine-related items, as well as free wine tastings. The shop's restaurant serves cuisine made with fresh local ingredients as well as their wines.

Nice wines, a bit expensive. Good restaurant and lots of souvenirs The restaurant next to the winery is goof for lunch. Very inexpensive prices. Nice view.

Nagano Saku-shi Nagatoro 64-3

This beer factory is located in Nagatoro, Saku City. Visitors can watch beer being made in one of the largest and most advanced craft beer factories in Japan. Visitors can also look at works of art by master painter Hiroshi Senju displayed throughout the factory, and sample fresh-made draft beers (reservation must be made via the official website).

ビールに関して深く学びたい方には不足気味だと思うが,ざっくりビール工場を見学するという主旨なら,約20分のツアー時間は丁度良いと思う。ツアー後の試飲では工場でのみ提供される種類の生ビールがある。見学代(1,000円/名)にグラス1杯の試飲が付帯しているが,300円でお代わり可。テラスからは長野県の山々が一望出来る為,天気が良ければテラスでの試飲がおすすめ。

Yamanashi Pref. Koufushi Sakaorichou 1338-203

This winery is located in Sakaori, which is said to have been the center of ancient Koshu, a place associated with the legend of Yamato Takeru, the 12th emperor of Japan. The winery offers three different winery tours. The two-hour course, which requires a reservation at least one week in advance, allows visitors to taste five of the winery's recommended wines. The guided tour course is led by a licensed a Japanese Wine Expert. Visitors may also choose a self-guided tour course. Each type of tour requires a different amount of time, and some require reservations, so please call ahead.

先月出来上がった濁りワインの説明に注力されていましたので、試飲したところ、味はまあまあでしたので1本買って帰ることにしました。

A winery in Tanushimaru-machi Masuoda, Kurume. Alongside their carefully made Kyoho Wine using 100% Kyoho grapes, they distill a variety of fruit wines using fruits such as blueberries and Amaou strawberries. 山の中腹にあり、景色もよく癒されます。ワインの試飲も自由です。巨峰ジェラートは、甘さ控えめで美味しかったです。

This winery was born out of a desire to create wine that pared well with Japanese cuisine. Located in the Kofu Basin, the winery's brick building is surrounded by a vineyard. Visitors can enjoy winery tours and tastings. No reservations are required for the 20-minute tours, which cover the entire process from pressing to fermentation. In addition to their wines, the winery's shop also offers coconut gel desserts made in the adjacent factory.

Gunma Pref. Kitagunmagunshintoumura Yamakoda 1972-4

This is a winery in the Mt. Haruna foothills, approximately 20 minutes from the Shibukawa Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway. Visitors can enjoy the simple taste of wine made carefully by local farmers using domestic grapes grown in the “Shinto Vineyard”, known as the best grape producing area in the Kita-Kanto region. The flagship product, “Shinto wine” is made mainly using Delaware grapes and is a sweet wine, with a hint of the sweetness of grapes. The fresh tasting “Plum Wine”, made from Shinto Village plums, is also popular. Each product can be tasted and factory tours are also available.

駐車場は車が無く終わりかな？と思って売店？のドアーを開けるとまだ営業中でした。試飲が出来ると言う事で早速運転を代って貰い（笑い）全品試飲し一番飲みやすかったベリーＡの辛口赤ワインを買って見ました。

"This winery is located along Prefectural Route 214 in the Osade area of Katsunuma-cho, Koshu City. This small-scale winery, a joint investment between local grape farms, produces wine bursting with the natural flavor of Katsunuma grapes. They sell a variety of wines, such as ""Kinjo Wine"" (served in 1.8 liters bottles), as well as offering tours (reservation required)."

初めて錦城ワインを買いました。生ワインの一升瓶は、赤ワインと白ワインのブレンドとの事、ラベルにはロゼワインとは載ってなく、色は赤ワインに近いです。火入れしてないので生ワインとの事です(一升瓶ワインの写真もアップしました。)。辛口で美味しいワインです。

This winery, located in Hiraniwa Highland in Iwate District, Iwate Prefecture, was established in 1979 as part of a project aimed at town renewal utilizing the area's crimson glory vine grapes. Focused on making wines rooted in the local community, the winery makes wines like Yamabudo Wine made exclusively with crimson glory vine grapes; Hotaru; and Foret, a wine made with European grapes which has won awards in international wine competitions. Visitors can taste and purchase the winery's wines in the on-site shop. With an advance reservation, you can tour the winery and view the production tanks, bottling facility, and even the wine cellar, plus enjoy soba noodles and other dishes at the adjoining restaurant dedicated to local production for local consumption.

A winery located in Shimoge, Ajimu-machi, Usa City. The winery takes advantage of the extreme differences between day and night time temperatures (a feature of the Ajimu’s climate) to cultivate grapes and produce wines. Visitors can view the winery’s vineyard and wine production area and also taste and purchase the company’s wines. The winery also holds events such as a new wine festival in fall and a barrel opening event in spring.

嫁と「安心院葡萄酒工房」を訪れました。白、赤のいろいろ種類のワインを試飲できました。その中で気に入った２本を購入しました。ちょっと楽しかった小旅行でした。

A winery located in Imogawa, Iizuna Town, Kamiminochi County. The winery's shop sells wines created from the winery's own grapes, cider, jams, and other foods, as well as tableware and knickknacks. The winery conducts tours and also holds events throughout the year. There's also an adjoining delicatessen and restaurant where you can enjoy a meal with the winery's wines.

This place is like a treasure trove of food goodies. They are well known for jams and spreads but they also have so much other gourmet food. Pasta, sauces, dried fruit, popcorn, juices, oils...

Created in 1990, Takahata Wine became the first domestic wine to win first place in the 2011 Japan Wine Challenge for its status as an excellent medium-body red wine. It also won in the 2013 Japan Wine Competition, a first for Yamagata Prefecture and bringing the winery’s accolade total to two. Winery tours are available throughout the year, and several events are held as well. After the tour, visitors should not miss the purchase of exclusive wines from the shop. It’s a 10-minute walk from JR Takahata Station.

甲州街道の旧道を歩いている時に見つけて立ち寄りました。新酒を買ったついでに、有料テイスティングで甕仕込みの白ワインを飲みましたか美味しかった。因みに500円でした。

Their winery tours offer visitors a chance to visit the winery's underground wine cellar, which features murals on the history of viticulture (grape cultivation) and winemaking, their low-temperature storehouse, where the scent of wine hangs in the air, and their wine bottling line. At the winery's guest room, guests can enjoy paid tastings of its award-winning wines along with commentary by the winery's staff. Winery tours and paid tastings at the guest room both require a reservation.

There's also a bar where you can try the wines sold in the shop area. The establishment also serves dishes which go well with wine made with local ingredients, making it a great place to enjoy Hokkaido wines to your heart's content.

ランチしながらワインを飲みたくて、楽しみに行ったけどちょうど、ランチをやっていない期間だったようで食べられませんでした。諦められずワインのテイスティングだけ。飲みたいワインを選べて良かったかな。
