    A restaurant and winery located in Yoichi City, Hokkaido. With its own dedicated vineyard on the grounds, the winery makes no use of foreign-grown grapes or other ingredients. In addition to various facilities for making wine, there's a restaurant and even a garden, and great attention has been paid to the creation of beautiful scenery. The restaurant makes use of a full array of fresh, high-quality ingredients, all from Hokkaido, including the seafood, fruits and vegetables, and meets, and serves seasonally changing lunch and dinner courses.

    A wine shop, bar, and restaurant located inside Hotel Sunplaza in Iwamizawa City. The establishment stocks over 40 varieties of domestic wines including ones from the local Sorachi area. The establishment also stocks over 400 varieties of international wines and you can conduct a tasting with an advance reservation. There's also a bar where you can try the wines sold in the shop area. The establishment also serves dishes which go well with wine made with local ingredients, making it a great place to enjoy Hokkaido wines to your heart's content.

    ランチしながらワインを飲みたくて、楽しみに行ったけどちょうど、ランチをやっていない期間だったようで食べられませんでした。諦められずワインのテイスティングだけ。飲みたいワインを選べて良かったかな。

    A winery located a 15-minute drive from New Chitose Airport. The winery has been creating flavorful, fruity wines since it was founded in 1988. The winery's principal products are its haskap wine, made with the haskap berries which are one of Chitose's specialty products; and its Kita Wine, a pinot noir made with Kerner grapes notable for its mellow flavor and fruity aroma. The winery's cool, full-bodied, wines, redolent with fruit flavor, make perfect souvenirs and gifts. Located close to the airport, the winery is also a great place to spend some time while waiting to get on your flight.

    HOUSUI WINERY, which is located in Housui District, Iwamizawa City, Hokkaido, has a retail sales outlet in the same building as the wine production facility. On the second floor of the shop, visitors can view the wine being made, through a glass window. HOUSUI WINERY strives to ensure that the wines it produces reflect local conditions in Iwamizawa, and its RICCA brand wines have a snow crystal motif on the label. What makes HOUSUI WINERY special is that, rather than relying on large-scale automated production, the winery continues to use traditional, painstaking wine-making methods. Besides wines, the sales outlet also sells soft-serve ice cream, art-works and other items.

    This cider brewery is located in Mashike-cho. Cider is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting apples. Mashike-cho is Hokkaido's leading fruit producing area, and is the northernmost apple harvesting area in Japan. Only specially selected apples from Mashike, Hokkaido with high quality and of different varieties are used in the cider from Mashike Fruit Winery. There are two types of Mashike Cider: a sweet type with low alcohol, and a dry type with moderate acidity and a refreshing aroma. The flavor changes with the blending of the year of manufacture, and each delicious encounter is unique. They also have other drinks such as Mashike Poire using pears.

    建物や上から見る葡萄畑の景色が海外の様な雰囲気で新鮮な驚きがありました。 そして何より、試飲のワインと共に頂いたお食事がどれも美しく、そしてとても美味しくて贅沢な時間を味わうことができました。今回はランチコースを頂きましたが、次回はディナーを頂きに行きたいと思います。
