２月の正午頃に然別湖コタンで氷のバーや教会を見学した後に、然別湖ネイチャーセンターの２階でランチを頂きました。カレーやクラムチャウダーが美味しかったです。店員さん達も丁寧でした。然別湖畔ではランチはこちらで頂くことをお勧めします。

This is the only facility on Ishigaki Island where visitors can enjoy night tours and bird-watching without bringing any special equipment. All necessary supplies, including high boots, are provided. The tour is mostly by car, so you won’t have to walk long distances. The local guide will take you to all the best spots. Go on a night tour and you may be able to encounter and observe rare nocturnal wildlife. The tours are given in small groups, so reserve ahead of time.

One of the park's main characteristics is the Higashiyoke River, which runs down the middle of the park. The east side of the park has a squirrel garden and botanical gardens with over 70 different kinds of tropical plants. The squirrel garden is home to Pallas's squirrels. Visitors to the park can experience both feeding and petting these squirrels. On the west side of the river is a youth outdoor activity area, complete with a campsite.
