Because of this wonderful restaurant, I love the Muroto city. The curry made of Muroto foods and every curry tastes so good(1,000yen).

- Strawbale Sankanya is a cake shop and café located within the Yotte Nishitosa Roadside Station rest area in Nishitosa, Shimanto City, Kochi Prefecture. A variety of cakes made using local agricultural produce such as fruit, vegetables, tea etc. can be seen in the shop’s display cases. Besides old favorites such as shortcake and Mont Blanc (chestnut and cream cake), Strawbale Sankanya also sells Swiss roll made using various types of fruit, and cakes made with unusual ingredients such as tomato and asparagus, etc. Once a month, Strawbale Sankanya has a special “Cake Buffet,” which is so popular that advance reservation is required.

You can also have a drink from the cafe at the dog run while you wait to get your pet a trim.

高知県は人口１０万人あたりの喫茶店の店舗数が一位だといいます。そして独特の喫茶店文化があり是非とも一度は足を運ばれることをお勧めします。一つ一つは別に変わっているわけではないのですが、モーニングセットにコーヒーと味噌汁が一緒に付いてきたり、さらにはおにぎりも付いていたりと、ユニークさでは沖縄の「ランチ」に匹敵するかもしれません。
