    六本木の友人のお店でテイクアウト料理をオーダーしたら「きくち」さんの冷凍「梅が枝餅」をお土産でいただきました。太宰府には幼い頃から何度も行ってますが、有名な「かさの家」さんのものしか知らず、今回初めて聞きました。レンジで30秒チンしていただきました。なかなか美味しかったですよ。自然解凍が一番おいしいかもしれません。

    福岡の人気パティスリーのひとつ。大濠公園駅から歩いてすぐなので立地も良い。店内はシックで落ち着いた雰囲気。本来であればイートインも出来る店なのだがコロナ禍のため現在は店内での飲食は休止中でした。店の看板スイーツは店名と同じジャック。甘さ控えめで見た目もシンプルかつ美しい品です。
