It serves items such as set meals, rice bowls, and sushi that heavily feature local seafood from the Seto Inland Sea. One of the restaurant’s specialties is taimeshi, which refers to a number of dishes featuring sea bream served with ric e. Three different types are available; their original Nanyo-style taimeshi, which features sea bream sashimi and grated yam, hyugameshi, which is served with a raw egg, and Chuyo-style taimeshi, which features a whole sea bream steamed together with the rice.

大分から松山に泊まり、そのホテルの方から紹介して頂き食事に行きました。 コロナの影響もあり食事をしているのは私たち家族だけでしたがマスターの料理の手際の良さ、サービス、美味しさどれも大満足でした。 また松山に行った際は必ず行きたいと思います！

Ehime Areas
Stretched across the northwest corner of Shikoku island, Ehime is a nature-rich prefecture boasting beautiful coastlines and a rural center where mountains play host to 26 of the Buddhist temples that make up the Shikoku Pilgrimage. Matsuyama is home to an original post-feudal castle as well as Dogo Onsen, one of the country’s oldest natural hot springs. The northern city of Imabari marks the entrance to the Shimano Kaido, a road that crosses six spectacular bridges and several islands, forming a route between Shikoku and mainland Honshu.
