- Gozen Soba is a soba noodles restaurant located near the Rakan-ji Temple in Omori Town, Ohda City. The restaurant, which is situated in a renovated traditional farmhouse, serves soba noodles made by hand using local spring-water called “Sanbyaku-sui,” This is water from a spring located within the precincts of the Rakan-ji Temple, which has been ranked among the “Top 100 Famous Spring of Shimane Prefecture.”
