"A park located right next to the ""Flower Center Seimon-mae"" bus stop. The park is divided into two areas-one consisting of Kamenokura Pond and the flower beds encircling it, and another a flower garden where similar flowers are grown. In total, a combined 4,500 varieties of wild and garden plants grow on the grounds. The park's pond is a gathering ground for waterfowl and here visitors can take in an abundance of natural beauty, including an untouched pine woods. In the park's large greenhouse, tropical plants and carnivorous plants are grown in different areas; there's also a cafe here where visitors can enjoy a cup of tea while taking in the flowers. Other park facilities include a garden shop, observatory, and log house."

Located on Prefectural Route 78 heading from National Route 427 toward Tamba City, this is the largest lavender garden in western Japan. Approximately 20 thousand lavender bushes raised by the locals are planted across the roughly five-hectare site. The best time to visit is from mid-May to mid-July. Climb the hill to the plaza and you'll get a great view of the lavender and terraced rice fields. At the park's program center, you can get creative and try making dried flowers and lavender bouquets. It gets crowded with tourists in July when they hold their Lavender Festival.

Hyogo prefecture stretches from the north coast to the south coast on the western end of the popular Kansai region, encompassing verdant mountains, urban beaches, and fantastic historical sights. The prefecture’s main attractions lie along the south coast at Kobe, the prefectural capital, a pretty harbor city best known for its production of the renowned Kobe beef, and Himeji, the home of Himeji Castle, one of the country’s most beautifully preserved feudal castles, perched magically atop a hill.
