    This is the Abeno HARUKAS store of the restaurant that has been in business for 200 years in Sakai in Osaka. The interior has a refreshing modern feel with a Japanese style. They also have private rooms where you can enjoy meals in a calm atmosphere. Their specialty udonsuki (udon noodles with hot pot) uses udon noodles made with homemade flour and a broth made over two hours at each store every day. The menu is centered on udonsuki, and you can taste flavorful shabu shabu and dishes that have been beautifully prepared.

    This offal skewer and udon noodle shop is known for their signature menu item made with plenty of abura-kasu (deep-fried beef intestines), kasu udon. Abura-kasu is beef intestines that have been thoroughly fried in oil, and it has characteristic crispy outsides with jiggly insides and a unique richness. In addition to abura-kasu, you can also enjoy various toppings such as large pieces of thin deep-fried tofu. At this branch, the offal is served on skewers, so you can easily eat them without a teppanyaki grill.

    This udon shop is right outside Daikokucho Station on the Osaka municipal subway. The shop offers a traditional Japanese atmosphere where you can enjoy a slow meal in peace. They offer over 40 varieties of dish, including the Zaru no O Udon, perfect to enjoy the unmasked taste and texture of the noodles, and Curry Udon, made with their original secret curry roux recipe that's remained unchanged since the shop's founding. They also serve a wide range of side dishes, including onigiri rice balls, Mini Filet Katsudon pork cutlet rice bowls, Mini Oyakodon chicken and egg rice bowls, and more. All the noodles served here are thin, with outstanding firmness and flavor, demonstrating the shop's pride in their house-made udon.

    何故かあんまり美味しく無かったです。つるとんたんは美味しいイメージなのに初めて半分以上残しました。おにぎりは美味しかったです。夜は人が少なくて落ち着いて食べれるのでとても良いです。何回も食べてるのにこんなことは初めてです。

    勘違いに気付かず「かけうどん」の食券で待ったことがある。ここの「かけ」の出汁は蕎麦用であると思った。 考えてみると、近鉄上本町駅は地下深い奈良線と地上の大阪線の間の、また大阪メトロ連絡道やらデパ地下入口やらと複雑に繋がっている。分かるかな？

    阿倍野庵は、近鉄南大阪線大阪阿部野橋駅地下改札内の立ち食いうどん店です。きざみうどんがリーズナブル、揚げ玉無料がいいですね。

    南海そばの新今宮駅の店には時々訪れている。座席もあってリーズナブル子供連れでも入りやすい。しかし行きつけのうどん屋のうどんと比べると固みがあり、芯が残っているような印象。これはいつも同じなのでそのような作りなのかもしれない

    信州そばってあまり好きでは無いのですが、ここのは食べられました。大阪って、更科系御前蕎麦みたいな、真っ白の蕎麦屋さんが見当たらないのは、なぜ？ こちらには、これまでに何度か行っているのですが、いつも写真撮るのを忘れてしまいます。来たらすぐに、食いつくからかなぁ〜 いつも冷たいお蕎麦を頂いています。お気に入りは、冷やし揚げ餅そば！ 今度、行ったら写真撮って来ます！

    KASUYA 四天王寺店は、お昼に行きました。最初人は少なかったですが、12時近くになればすぐに満席になり、店外にも行列が出来ていました。天かすうどんを頼みました。天かすがあるにも関わらず、お出しが以外と薄味であっさりしていて美味し買ったです。

    こちらのお蕎麦は蕎麦自体が非常に美味しいです。お昼ならざるそば・天ぷら・かやくごはんと付いて１０００円です。この値段で大満足です。日本の美味しいものが揃っているこのメニューをぜひ外国人観光客に食べてほしいです。
