    An udon noodle shop that was founded in 1929. Their udon noodles, a Kumihama specialty known by the nickname of Attari Nakattari, are painstakingly made with carefully selected ingredients and are well known by everyone in the area. The store closes for the day when they run out of ingredients so we recommend visiting early.

    久美浜の稲葉本家近くにあるうどん屋さん。普通の民家のようなお店で、小さな看板とのれんがかかっています。店内は懐かしい昭和の雰囲気。きつねうどんをいただきました。大阪風のあっさり目のだし、こしのない麺、きざみの揚げ。おすすめです。

    Only complaint was dont let the monkey guy hand you the monkey and grab your camera. He did it so quick and then demanded $10. First time for us, wont let that happen again.

    丹後半島からの帰りに立ち寄りました。 二人で入ると3人前がベストだと言うことでおススメの三人前を注文致しました。 甘口の出汁に卵に山芋、ネギにわさび。注文毎に茹で上げるとのことでコシの強い蕎麦が味わえます。 つるつると美味しく頂きました。 国道沿いでドライブの途中に気軽に利用出来るお店です。

    ショッピングセンターに隣接した蕎麦・うどん屋さんです。地元の人たちがのんびり食事を楽しむような感じですが、昔にはNHKのテレビ小説の蕎麦打ちの指導もしたことがあるようです。 出石蕎麦のような皿そばのメニューがあったので頼んでみました。手打ちの蕎麦がきっちり冷たくしめられておりおいしかったです。つゆは少しみりんでしょうか甘さを感じるものでした。量は大人の男性だとちょっと少な目かもしれません。蕎麦湯...
