    This French restaurant is located a five-minute walk from JR Takayama Station right next to the Kokubunji-higashi intersection. The owner-chef has served the finest French cuisine using local Hida Takayama ingredients with the concept of local production for local consumption for some 30-odd years. The recommended “select Hida beef round healthy steak” is an amazing dish of Hida beef grilled over the perfect flame with condensed umami, sweetness and aroma. It is also suggested that you enjoy the restaurant like a bistro where you can enjoy yourself while being carefree at the counter drinking wine that matches menu items on the blackboard with recommended dishes for the day.

    飛騨牛のランチを楽しむために来ました。すきやきなど和のものはありませんでしたが、ステーキはとってもやわらかく、レアで食べるのが最適。ただ、ランチにしてはお高いので、特別な日にいいかも。

    日曜日のランチに行きました。ランチメニューは3タイプあり、メインのみ1,000円、メインとデザート1,500円、前菜とメインとデザート2,000円などの組み合わせです。私はメイン(鴨のソテー:追加400円)とデザート(リンゴのデザート)を食べました。鴨は柔らかくてボリューム満点。デザートも手が込んでました。また食べたい味です。

    多治見駅から少し離れた場所にあるので自家用車で訪れるのをお勧めします。都会だったら高級なフレンチがお安く食べられます。すこし室外機が故障しているのか空気が悪いのでそこを改善していただけると助かります。
