The owners are flexible, and designed their restaurant around the concept of wanting their customers to enjoy French cuisine without hesitation, so they offer dishes that are suitable for the guests' health and physical condition. They have all kinds of French cuisine available: meat dishes made from domestic beef fillets, chicken, and lamb; and seafood dishes containing house-made smoked salmon or lobster. The restaurant also sponsors French and English conversation clubs and hosts simple weddings.

    早めのクリスマスディナーということで、富士レークホテル宿泊時に利用しました。 冬メニューのディナーコースF（14520円）を頂きました。シェフ「ダニエル・パケ」さんの繊細なお料理を満喫することができました。食後に挨拶に来ていただけ、一緒に写真をとることができ記念になりました。 シャンパンやワインのグラスが割安だったのも良かったです。スタッフの女性の方も、丁寧なサービスで良かったです。
