    This French restaurant and steak house is ten minutes on foot from Takayama Station on the Takayama Main Line. Guests enjoy leisurely meals in the antique interior of their old kominka (old Japanese house). They use only the highest A5 grade Hida Beef fillet and sirloin. The finely marbled meat is soft enough to melt in your mouth. Apart from steak, you can dine on fare like tail stew, sliced and seared Hida Beef tataki, fish, Japanese tiger prawns, abalone, and more. According to your budget, you can get your meat cut to order as well.

    A steakhouse established over 50 years ago located close to the statue of Yamaoka Tetsutaro. Specializing in Hida beef steaks, the restaurant employs a unique “braiser and sauter” cooking method to maximize the flavor of the meat. Particularly recommended are the sirloin steak and rib roast steak. The restaurant also serves a variety of other steak cuts as well as smoked salmon, homemade ham, and an abundant array of other dishes made with Hida ingredients. In addition, the restaurant serves seasonal course meals and gift fairs. The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.

    A delicious Hida steak cooked to perfection served with an ideal Red wine. The restaurant is totally unpretentious and focuses entirely on excellent food and service.

This is a great place to dine on genuine Hida beef in a Japanese atmosphere. Their popular Hida Beef Mini Sirloin Steak set meal featuring a small, high-quality sirloin steak with seasonal tempura vegetables and more served in cute bowls comes highly recommended. They also have popular steak course meals for spring, summer, autumn, and winter, as well as fun dishes like their Hida-Furukawa Tasting Tour series with offerings tied to local place names.

    This casual Japanese restaurant offers Gifu’s famous Hida beef. It was a successful inn during the mid-Meiji period (1668-1912) when it was founded, and the building remains as it was then. The traditional hearth gives it a real feel of old Japan. Their main dish is a Hida beef topped rice bowl. They also serve steak and aburi rolled beef that lets the flavor of the A5 grade Hida beef shine. Other dishes include special Hida beef curry on rice and soba noodles with meat. Their Hida beef nigiri zushi is great to eat on the go, making Sakaguchiya a perfect spot to drop in while seeing the town. There’s a collection of marionettes in the storehouse at the back.

    とても美味しく今まで何度も行かせて頂いてます。 こちらの店舗は初めてでしたが、店員さんの態度がとても悪く残念でした。 他の店舗では油が跳ねるのでナプキンして下さいや、ソースかけますか？など聞いてくれますがそれも無く、鉄板の置き方もイライラしている感じで置かれました。せっかくの誕生日会が台無しになりました。

    In diesem Restaurant hatten wir das Abendessen am 1. Tag während unseres Aufenthaltes in Takayama in Form eines Steaks was sehr ausgezeichnet war. Auch das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

    岐阜に行くと必ず家族で利用します。古民家を改築した店内でいただく飛騨牛ステーキはとても美味しいです。脂が甘く、赤身は柔らかく、焼き加減も絶妙です。今回はランチで利用しましたが、とてもお値打ちでした。夜のコースも内容の割に安く食べられます。オススメです。

    20年ほど前までは東海地方でステーキと言えばあさくまだったが、今は数少ない店舗となったので、本当に久しぶりの利用でした。 ステーキをオーダーすると、サラダバー＋ライス＋デザートが付いてきます、ドリンクバーは210円で別会計となりました。 メチャクチャ美味しいステーキって事ではありませんが、今でも安定した味（クオリティ）です。

    ブロンコビリーに限らず、この手のステーキハウスはサラダバーなどのサイドメニューが充実しているのが特長。ここもサイドメニューだけでお腹がいっぱいになります。味・価格はチェーン店なので、どこも同じだと思います。
