- An aesthetic landscape in Jogashima Island, Misaki-machi, Miura City. A sea cave on the southern tip of Jogashima Island created by the power of nature offset with the vastness of the Pacific Ocean is a sight to behold. The site can be located by foot from Jogashima Park located on the eastern side of the island.

城ヶ島の駐車場脇から遊歩道を歩いた先の岩場にありました。岩場に降りる階段は狭いので、犬同伴の人は抱き抱えて降りた方が、他の人に迷惑をかけません。正面から眺めるだけでなく、裏側からも眺めることができました。岩場と浜はゴツゴツ感が少なく、犬でも比較的歩きやすかった。

- This scenic spot on the Manazuru Peninsula has been selected as one of the top 50 views in Kanagawa Prefecture. The three enormous formations that constitute the Mitsuishi Rocks rise from the water at the tip of the Manazuru Peninsula. Manazuru Peninsula is said to have been created from a lava dome produced by the Hakone volcano that erupted from the seabed. A roughly 20-meter high cliff extends down its coast and a shore reef reaches about 200 meters from Manazuru Cape, so you can walk across to the rocks at low tide. It is a popular spot for exploring the rocky shore with the superb view stretched out before you.

Kanagawa Areas
Kanagawa prefecture acts as an extension of the Tokyo metropolis that spills over into coastal towns, most notably Yokohama city, heavily populated and known for its Chinatown and seaside attractions. Just the right distance for a day trip out of Tokyo, Kanagawa is home to some of Tokyo’s most accessible beaches, including around Kamakura, best known for its Big Buddha. Visitors can also travel a little farther afield for a weekend at Hakone onsen town.
