    This historic ranch and Chiba Historic Site is known as the birthplace of Japanese dairy farming. Mineoka Ranch got its start during the Warring States period when feudal lords of the Satomi clan set the land aside for grazing warhorses. Later, in the Edo period, it came under the direct control of the Shogunate, when three white cows from India were introduced for the production of butter and other dairy products. They still raise milk cows along with goats, and there's an area where you can encounter the animals in a natural setting. Their Dairy Museum showcases the history of dairy farming with panel displays and equipment exhibits. There is also a shop that sells fresh soft serve ice cream.

    Osakana Kurabu (“Fish Club”) is a seafood restaurant located near Tomiura fishing harbor in Tadara, Tomiura Town, Minamiboso City. The restaurant is run by the Iwai-Tomiura Fishing Cooperative, besides Donburi (rice bowl) dishes—including “Tomiura Fisherman’s Don” made with fresh fish and seafood landed at Tomiura fishing harbor, Tendon (rice with tempura), etc.—it also serves a range of other dishes, including sashimi arrangements and grilled fish, etc., at very low prices. Osakana Kurabu is famous for its “Manpuku Set-meals,” featuring sashimi, deep-fried foods, etc.

    The marine environment around this beach in Minami Boso Quasi-National Park is known as the northernmost extent of coral’s range. The reef stretches from the shore to Okinoshima Island. Because the sea is shallow, and the waves are calm, it is ideal for swimming, having fun on the beach, beach combing, and fishing. It is incredibly popular with people of all ages, and families in particular. A beachside clubhouse opens during the swimming season when it’s packed with beach goers. Because the sea water is very clear and clean, you can also enjoy snorkeling.

    This is a flower garden located along the Boso Flower Line in Shiramazu, Chikura Town, Minamiboso City. The location overlooks the Pacific Ocean and from January to around March flowers such as poppies, marigolds, and stock can be seen. Also, visitors can enjoy experiencing flower picking.

    Located in the mountainous region of Kyonan Town, this is one of the best spots for flowers in the Kanto region. Since the Edo period, this whole area makes use of the mountain slopes to cultivate narcissuses, and it is considered one of Japan’s Top 3 Narcissus Fields, along with Echizen and Awaji. During peak narcissus season, all the narcissus bloom across the field, offering up a great aroma. You will also find plenty of beautiful flowers in each season, including cherry trees, plum trees and osmanthus. In spring, many visitors come for the flower-viewing near the lake at Sakuma Dam, which is quite famous for cherry trees in Minamiboso.

It also holds a firework display and a flamenco festival, and it bustles with visitors all year.

    Yamadenmaru is a sushi restaurant located within Dourakuen on the Tateyama Bypass in Fukana, Tomiura Town, Minamiboso City. The restaurant is run by an aquatic products company, which enables it to serve sushi, à-la-carte dishes, and the restaurant’s own famous “Ise Shrimp Tendon” rice bowl dish, all made using outstandingly fresh local fish and seafood species from the waters off the Boso Peninsula. Diners can order while seated using special touch-panel devices.

    となりのばんごやに行こうしたら改装中で入れず。 となりのこちらのお店で海鮮丼があるとの事で訪問。海鮮丼が見つけられず日本普通にお食事。 ちょっといい回転寿司のような感じかな。ネタも新鮮で美味しいが特にイカメンチと魚骨汁が美味しかったかな。 ご馳走さまでした。

    "A plateau cape located in Minamiboso City, Chiba Prefecture. Situated on the southern tip of the Boso Peninsula, the cape projects out into the Pacific Ocean. Nojimasaki Lighthouse, nicknamed the ""Swan Lighthouse"" and the second oldest extant lighthouse in Japan, is located on the cape.     The Tateyama branch is the original branch of the Yamato conveyor-belt sushi restaurant chain, which is run by an aquatic products wholesaling firm; the Tateyama branch is located on National Route 127 in Hojo, Tateyama City. It serves fresh fish, selected by experts, at reasonable prices. There are live fish tanks installed in the restaurant, so customers can place their order and then have the fish scooped out for preparation in front of them, ensuring maximum freshness.

    土曜の19時過ぎ、かなり混んでいたが20分ほどで案内されました。お刺身の盛り合わせは、マグロとハマチとサーモン。切り身が大きい、ハマチが美味しかった。なめろうも美味しい。木更津もお邪魔したことがあるがそれほど覚えていないので、他の回転寿司と比べるとメニューが少し少ない気がしました、また店員さんの元気もなく、多分人員不足なのかも。でも普通に美味しく頂きました、やまとさんは、大はずれは無いです。

    Sudo Farm is a destination farm where visitors can try their hands at churning butter or making craft items out of wool. Every year in May, a play is performed about cows and dairy farming, with a tour of the farm included. The cafe on the farm serves freshly produced and blended Holstein and Jersey milk, soft ice cream made with rich milk and other sweets, hot dogs, and other snacks.

They can also pick cosmos and narcissus flowers. Chikura Orange Center also serves tea with freshly squeezed lemon to visitors free of charge."

    This bakery, founded in 1919, is located one minute walk from the east exit of Tateyama Station. The bread sold in the store is additive-free, and made by skilled bakers using traditional methods. The shop sells baked confectionery as well as the anpan (a bun filled with red bean paste) made with carefully selected red beans, and a kashiwamochi (oak leaf) shaped cream bun, a favorite since the establishment of the shop.

    厚切りトーストはフワサクで美味しい。コーヒー、サラダ、ゆでたまごがついて398円はコスパ良し。昭和テイストたっぷりの内装最高。

    野島埼灯台の近くにありますが、けっこう分かりにくい場所にあるので、注意です。 美術館と言うより、民家の1部を改装して、美術館にしたような建物です。
