    佐原市街でも賑やかなエリアからは離れている小さな洋菓子屋さん。 シュークリームですが、クリームのトッピングとかかわいらしくて、真骨頂は芋のクリーム。重量感が加わってやや重いかなと思ったところで、最後はカスタードクリームが現れて軽やかに終了。なかなか工夫したシュークリームです。

    ケーキは少し小さいが、値段が安いし、 店員さんの対応も悪くない。 気軽に立ち寄れるお店です。 今回はオレンジのショートケーキを食べました。小さなケーキだが、オレンジはふんだんに使われている。甘味と酸味が調和していい感じ。 次はカミさんが食べてたガトーショコラを食べてみよう。
