    A coffee shop which roasts its own beans on-site. The shop's namesake flat white coffee is a new style of coffee from New Zealand. Made with finely foamed milk similar to a caffe latte, flat white coffee emphasizes a strong espresso fragrance and more powerful coffee kick. Customers can use tablet computers at the front of the shop to select their bean type, extraction method, and make other finely tuned adjustments to their order. Stylishly decorated, the shop's shelves are also filled with coffee beans and other coffee goods available for purchase.

    A pizzeria located close to Akiu Onsen, one of the three most renowned hot spring hotel and bathhouses in the Oshu region. The restaurant is located in a lush, naturally beautiful location surrounded by the Akiu Forest. The restaurant has a tile-covered oven used to bake its thick, pan-style pizzas at high temperature. The pizzas are made with an original blend of domestic flours and natural yeast. The restaurant's tables and chairs are unique, antique-style items; when the weather is nice out, the restaurant also offers seating in an outdoor terrace area.

    ランチでうかがいました。 こんな所に？というところにお店があります。 ドリンク付きで1650円〜くらいでした。 ビスマルク、カプリチョーザをいただきました。どちらも美味しかったです。 生地が分厚くてもちもち。お腹いっぱいになりました。

The company which owns the shop was originally only a roasted coffee bean distributor, later opening this shop in Ichiban-cho as part of business expansion. The shop also has an adjoining coffee stand. The shop stocks its aromatic roasted beans from the company's roastery in Nikkawa, Aoba Ward. The modern, white interior of the shop is accented with reds, blues, and yellows. In addition to being able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the spot, you can also buy beans to take home. The shop's packaging and stamp cards share the shop's modern design and its products make popular souvenirs.

Sendai Mediatheque is on the first floor, and the cafe provides an open, undivided space for their guests' relaxation. It's a branch of a Brussels chain and Japan's first Belgian beer bar. Belgian beer doesn't have a formal classification system, and the staff makes recommendations from their unique offerings to match your taste and mood. They also have plenty of non-alcoholic beverages like coffee, herb tea, and soft drinks, as well as drinks only available for a limited time. Home-made beef curry is their stand-by dish.

    This coffee and baked goods shop is in Sendai City. The cafe is decorated with lots of houseplants and is great for guests who like to unwind with a pastry and coffee. They offer coffees like a delicious Morinomiyako blend and their wonderfully fragrant standard blend. Their iced milk coffee separates beautifully from the difference in sweetness into a milky top layer and coffee bottom layer. A burnt butter and lemon cake is available only on Saturdays and Sundays. Their classic baked cheesecake is also very popular. They close when they sell out.
