The locally reared Hakodate Onuma Beef is matured for over three weeks to give its superb flavor. With just salt, pepper and lemon butter for seasoning, and served with vegetables, you can savor the rich, juicy flavor of the meat. You can have the meat cooked to your liking on the heated stones. Decorated with American knickknacks, the restaurant has a pop atmosphere. The restaurant also has a large lunch menu and welcomes families. In addition, the restaurant takes great pride in its ramen. As is appropriate to a steakhouse, the broth is beef bone-based, giving it a highly original flavor.
