Surrounded by the restaurant’s dazzling atmosphere, a chef will energetically turn choice, top quality ingredients into a delicious meal right before your eyes. The restaurant serves Noto beef, a variety of Japanese black beef raised amidst the natural beauty, mountains, and sea of Noto; only a few hundred head of this rare beef are shipped each year. Compared with other brand name beef varieties, Noto beef has slightly less marbling, instead boasting an outstanding quantity of the oleic acid, an indicator of its excellent flavor. As you chat with the chef at the counter, you are encouraged to enjoy your steak with a house soy-based sauce or a secret recipe chili sauce.

    "A meat cuisine restaurant which was the first to receive Noto Beef Certification located next to Masuhogaura Beach, location of the ""longest bench in the world."" The restaurant only uses safe and healthy domestic beef with a particular focus on rare Noto beef. On the first floor, the restaurant has table seating, perfect for families and enjoying a steak. In the second-floor tatami mat seating area, you can eat teppanyaki and nabe hotpot. The most recommended item on the menu is the Noto beef sirloin steak, notable for its hearty texture, flavor, and body. The restaurant's portions of Noto beef are limited and as such all Noto beef dishes require an advance reservation. Customers are encouraged to make a reservation before coming."

    能登の富来にあります、精肉店直営業の店ですランチに来店しましたランチメニューがないグランドメニューをしかし値段が高いハンバーグを頼む値段の割にうまくない有名店なので期待倒れだ。

    金沢寺地にあります、能登の寺岡畜産がやっていますレストランです、ここで貴重な能登牛が食べれます、なかなかステーキは食べれませんのでハンバーグを普通にうまいですね。

    A steakhouse located at the foot of Mt. Utatsu a 15 minute walk from the Kenrokuen Garden. In addition to the meat itself, all of the ingredients, down to the seasonings, have been carefully selected. The flavor and taste of the meat; the sound of the steak frying; the fragrant, appetite-inducing aroma; the balance of textures between tender meat and crisp vegetables; and the sight of the chef's skilled movements-here you can enjoy steak using all five senses. During the day, the restaurant serves steak set meals as well as a weekday-only Mt. Utatsu Lunch which includes tenderloin steak, seasonal seafood, and grilled vegetables. At night, the restaurant offers a variety of course meals which allow you to choose your cut of meat, and it can be used for parties.

    This was the best food experince in Japan for me and my husband.the meat was excellent!!!!! We loved it.

    こちらのペッパーランチはイオンモールかほく店の中に入っています。チェーン店で他店舗も利用していますが、こちらの店舗はフードコート利用なのでちょっと落着きません。ステーキはちょっとかたい感じがしましたが、リーズナブルな値段なので納得です。味はちょっと濃い目で、好きな味です。

    市内からは西インター方面。駐車場があり代行も呼べるのでアクセスは良好だと思います。 焼き肉は自分で焼くものもあるがマスターが丁寧に焼いてくれるものもあります。 明るい感じでおすすめのお店です。

    Excellent meat and veg, and very friendly staff. Staff didn’t speak English so making the reservation required Google Translate (worked great). Highly recommend the restaurant.

    金沢市泉が丘にあります、家庭的なステーキ店ですがあまりにも家庭的すぎてステーキを食べる雰囲気ではない、また常連客との話が多すぎる感じが悪い肉のサービス日に行ったがサービスはありませんでした残念ですね。

    お値段はそれなりにしますが、味の評判はよく、連れて行った方はみなさん満足してらっしゃいます。客層は年齢層はやや高めかもしれません。 お店の雰囲気もよく、小あがりもあります。マスターとスタッフさんと、ずっと長年同じお二人でやってらっしゃいます。お店はもう40年くらいは続いていると思います。マスターが前田八家の奥村家の子孫だそうで、立派な兜が店内に飾ってあります。
