The restaurant makes use of a full array of fresh, high-quality ingredients, all from Hokkaido, including the seafood, fruits and vegetables, and meets, and serves seasonally changing lunch and dinner courses.

    建物や上から見る葡萄畑の景色が海外の様な雰囲気で新鮮な驚きがありました。 そして何より、試飲のワインと共に頂いたお食事がどれも美しく、そしてとても美味しくて贅沢な時間を味わうことができました。今回はランチコースを頂きましたが、次回はディナーを頂きに行きたいと思います。
