    This French restaurant is situated in the forests of Takamori in an area home to many bed and breakfasts. Possessing a wood-burning stove and furnished with warm woods, the restaurant has a superb atmosphere in which customers can savor choice cuisine lovingly prepared by the owner-chef. The restaurant also has a wine cellar personally managed by the owner, and customers can also enjoy wines perfectly suited to their meal. Out of a desire for customers to take their time and enjoy their meals, both lunch and dinner are reservation-only.

    何度となく訪れていましたが、今回２年ぶりくらいに行きました。 ランチでは、キッシュやローストした鴨など小ぶりの前菜が数種類でますが ソースも美味しくて大好きです。 ランチも数種類から選べて、阿蘇山を眺めながらゆったりとできます。 夜は、予約すればまた食べたことない料理を味わえます。
