    This French restaurant is situated in the forests of Takamori in an area home to many bed and breakfasts. Possessing a wood-burning stove and furnished with warm woods, the restaurant has a superb atmosphere in which customers can savor choice cuisine lovingly prepared by the owner-chef. The restaurant also has a wine cellar personally managed by the owner, and customers can also enjoy wines perfectly suited to their meal. Out of a desire for customers to take their time and enjoy their meals, both lunch and dinner are reservation-only.

    This restaurant is situated along Farm Road Waita, which connects Oguni and Hita. Here customers can enjoy pastas and pizzas made using the choice, homegrown vegetables raised in the adjoining field. The vegetables, grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or agrichemicals outdoors in a cold area with high elevation, are renowned for not only being juicy but also vividly colorful and a delight for the eyes. The table rolls which come with the restaurant's set meals are baked fresh daily and have a simple flavor which goes perfectly with the establishment's cuisine.

    平日に開店と同時に入店しましたが、どんどんお客さんが入り続けていました。 赤身ですがミディアムレアに焼いた肉は柔らかくジューシー。薬味の味噌やワサビもタレにマッチして美味しい。 ただ、最近は肉ブームで良質のステーキ丼がどこでも食せるなか、価格を考えると少し肉の量が物足りない。

    家族で平日のランチとして行きました。おすすめは、ソーセージとハムの盛り合わせです。パンとスープもついていて、まずまずのボリュームがあり、味は最高です。庭で放し飼いになっている犬と阿蘇の景色とのマッチも素晴らしく、とても楽しめました。
