    This sushi restaurant is located in Shin-machi, Hirado City. They offer nigiri sushi and chirashi sushi using seasonal seafood from Hirado, sets meals and courses with sashimi and tempura, seafood rice bowls and ochazuke (green tea over rice), and a la carte dishes. There are many menu items mainly featuring one of the country's leading catches of flounder such as a flounder course, flounder rice bowl and flounder ochazuke, and you can get the taste of natural flounder for a limited price from mid-January to the end of March during the Hirado Flounder Festival.

    魚が美味しい時期になってきました。平日に休みが取れたので車で平戸まで行って美味しい魚をいただきました。うかがったのは「豊鮨」です。三度目の訪問です。狙いは平目とウチワエビです。メニューを拝見すると、この両方が一度で味わえる「じげもん定食」3150円をいただきました。刺身はウチワエビ、ヒラメ、サザエなど、平戸牛の陶板焼き、小鉢と味噌汁、茶碗蒸しにご飯が付いています。期待通りのプリッとした甘みも感じる...
