- A municipal botanical garden and zoo located in Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City where visitors can see all kinds of plants and animals. The ZooLab, where all kinds of specimens are displayed, and the children's petting zoo are particularly popular. The facility also has a restaurant and gift shop and is frequented by families and others.

Fukuoka Zoo and Botanical Garden is open every day 9am to 5pm (last entry at 4:30pm) except Mondays with a few exceptions. Individual prices are 600 yen for adults and 300 yen for high schoolers...
