- Tokushima Pref. Tokushimashi Minamiuchimachi 2 Shinmachi River Waterfront Park Boat House front
- The pleasure boat takes tourists on an excursion around Hyotanjima Island of Nakasu (about six kilometers) surrounded by the Shinmachi and Suketo Rivers. The boat passes under 22 bridges and at high tide only just manages to pass under some of them making for an enthralling journey. There are many sights to see including the rows of pine trees from the feudal government period and the yacht harbor.
Tokushima Areas
The southeastern corner of Shikoku is home to Tokushima prefecture, a region celebrated for its luscious nature and the nation’s favorite Awa Odori, an energetic dance to which an annual summer festival has been dedicated. Keeping the upbeat tempo, whirlpools excite the Naruto sea off Tokushima, while inland, dramatic cliffs line the Iya Valley, promising unrivaled views of vast and vibrant scenery.
