This a 25-meter indoor pool open year-round and a 50-meter outdoor pool with a diving tower open in the summer, it has rental conference rooms, training rooms, a park and a fountain square that is open in the summer. In addition to swimming classes for children and adults, they also hold various kinds of other classes such as gymnastics and karate.

This swimming pool is only open during the summer months and is a part of the Brazilian Park Washuzan Highland, a Brazilian themed amusement park that looks out over the Seto Inland Sea. Their Spiral Slider with a total length of 100 meters is a popular ride that slides down from a height of 20 meters at once, and offers thrills as well as beautiful views. Other fun rides include their Bungee Trampoline and Water Walk rides.
