    This pool in Moka City, Tochigi Prefecture, is called the Ichimannin Pool because it's so large that 10,000 people (Ichimannin in Japanese) can swim in it. There are seven different types of pools to play in including a 400-meter lazy river, 200 and 150-meter water slides, and a wave pool. The pool is open every day from mid-July to early September.

    This pool complex features a 200-meter-long lazy river, two kiddy pools, a 25-meter practice pool, and four types of water slide. It is open every day from the third Saturday of July to August 31. The well-equipped complex features, a shop, a parking lot, and other facilities and sees large crowds in the summer.

    This pool complex is located inside Nasunogahara Park. Visitors can play in the pools while enjoying the surrounding greenery. It features two water slides and three pools including a lazy river and a kiddy pool. Its famous blue and yellow water slides are 79 and 65 meters long, respectively. The pool is open from mid-July to late August each year.

    This indoor pool facility is located inside Kawachi Sports Park adjoining a track-and-field ground and a multipurpose sports ground. The facility is replete with five pools which can be enjoyed by people of all ages, including a pool for competitive swimming and a pool with a waterslide. The facility's eight lane 25-meter pool has an adjustable floor which can be used to change the water depth from zero to 1.4 meters and is certified by the Japan Swimming Federation. Visitors can relax and let the flow carry them along in the facility's 55 meter in circumference lazy river pool. The facility is also replete with a 5.5-meter-high, 47-meter-long water slide and a children's pool with a slide.

Most visits to Tochigi revolve around Nikko, a small city home to the spectacular, lavishly decorated Toshogu Shrine and Nikko National Park with its mountains, lakes, waterfalls, onsen, and wild monkeys. Neighboring Oku-Nikko is an extension of the fantastic scenery famous for its autumn leaves, while Tochigi’s capital, Utsunomiya, is the only place in the world where you can find oya stone beautifully exhibited in temples and the Oya History Museum.
