Bell Sunpia Miyagi Izumi is a facility where visitors can work up a good sweat on the equipment or enjoy playing sports such as golf, tennis, and baseball. The facility also offers restaurants, public baths and accommodation. In the restaurant “Shikine” you can enjoy dishes using the carefully chosen ingredients, and in the “Yakuseki Izumi no Yu” bath, guests can enjoy the effects of Himekawa Yakuseki (medicinal stones) on the bottom of the bath tub like a natural hot spring. It is approximately five minutes by car from Izumi Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway.

Quite a simple hotel and also quite large. You sleep on the floor which is traditional in Japan. However it is comfortable to do this. Only one or two rooms have a private shower so that is...

A 7-minute drive from the Sendai-Miyagi interchange on the Tohoku Expressway. This heated pool facility makes use of heat generated by the Kuzuoka garbage incineration plant. Facilities include a popular 22 meter long waterslide as well as a 25 meter pool, 0.5 meter deep toddler pool, and jacuzzi. There are also a wide variety of programs on offer, such as swimming classes for all kinds of purposes, swimming abilities, and ages from children to adults; aquarobics; and classes for improving knee pain, lower back pain, and stiff shoulders. In addition, there's a training room with running machines and other aerobic equipment.

    Miyagi Shibata-gun Muratamachi Sugo 6-1

Lying along the northeastern coast of Japan, Miyagi prefecture is home to lashings of natural parks, oysters, and hot springs. While the bustling city of Sendai offers some simple city entertainment, it’s the Matsushima islands that deserve the most attention, having boosted the prefecture’s reputation as one of Japan’s most scenic views.
