    評判は以前から知っていたが、中々平日に行く事が出来なかった。17時頃ならと思い入ったが、既に満席。しかし、それ以前に来て退席する人が多く、少し待っただけで入れた。おでん、どて煮ともに味が染み込んでいて、大変美味。お酒も熱燗が丁度合っていて、素晴らしく、大変満足した。 一人3000円ちょっとで、満足させてもらえるのは有り難い。ご馳走様でした。

Their popular Morning Set option mixes coffee with an item from the bread menu such as Ogura Toast or German-Hotdog.

    Cultural Path Futaba Museum located in Shumoku Town, Higashi Ward, Nagoya City, is a folk museum where the orange European style roof is impressive. It was originally a building with Japanese and European infusion where Sadayakko Kawakami, the first Japanese actress, and Momosuke Fukuzawa, the king of electrical power, lived in the Taisho period (1912-1926). It was moved and restored as the core facility for the Cultural Trail and opened in 2005. The facility shows panels and videos about the Cultural Trail. It also exhibits documents related to Sadayakko Kawakami and literature associated with locals. There are many items to see such as stained glass in the Grand Hall on the first floor and furnishings of the day.

    This is a well-known udon shop that was established in 1925, and is famous for miso nikomi udon, a dish among Nagoya’s home cooking. Using a dashi soup stock carefully prepared with bonito, shiitake mushroom, and kombu (kelp) combined with secret proportions of soy sauce, mirin, Haccho miso, and light-brown miso, the dish has a mellow taste that is very appealing. The chewy raw udon noodles made with 100% Japanese-grown wheat cooked in a Shigaraki pot is a characteristic of this dish.
