Josui Main Restaurant (徳川町 如水 本店)
A ramen restaurant located in Higashi Ward, Nagoya City. Here you can enjoy ramen which combines special order noodles made with natural lye water together with a choice, chemical seasoning-free broth. In addition to the popular shio (salt) ramen, the restaurant offers a variety of other dishes such as a chashu-don roasted pork rice bowl. The restaurant only has counter seating and often sees lines of waiting customers forming outside the door, particularly during lunchtime. The establishment is frequented by locals as well as ramen-lovers who travel here from far and wide.
