- This shop sells thin crusted taiyaki, fish-shaped pancakes filled with bean jam. The shop is on the approach to Inaba Shrine, one of Gifu's top power spots. Carefully baked one-by-one, they're nice and crispy and the bean jam is just sweet enough. They also have limited availability items like taiyaki stuffed with Hida apple and sweet potato, and in summer they serve shaved ice smothered in fruit. When ordering several items to take away, we recommend placing your order, visiting Inaba Shrine or Gifu Zenkoji Temple, and then picking them up on your way home. It is not uncommon to see people walking away with packs of ten.

伊奈波神社境内にあり、この時期は「かき氷」待ちの行列が並んでます。 お目当ては、今では珍しい一匹焼きの「たい焼き」です。こちらも並びます。。。 パリッとした薄皮の中にあんこがたっぷりです。 鉄型による一匹焼きなので、焼き加減がまちまちなのが特徴化です (^^♪ このお店は、いつ行っても店主の人柄が最高です。接客の気持ち良いこと！
