"A day-use hot spring bathhouse with a casual atmosphere located in Pool Daira situated along the Venus Line. This popular destination has long been a favorite of tourists visiting the area to escape the summer heat, villa vacationers, and mountain climbers. The bathhouse' baths are constantly replenished ""kakenagashi"" style with the colorless waters of an acidic, sulfur-containing sodium chloride sulfate spring. These waters are on the hot side at 43° C and since ancient times have been said to treat cuts and burns. Customers can purchase shampoo, body soap, towels, and other items from vending machines in the bathhouse."

なかなかいいお湯でした。観光客はほとんどおらず、地元の方ばかりで、派手さはありませんがのんびりできる落ち着いた温泉です。

"This sake brewery is on National Route 20 in the Suwa section of Suwa City. Established in 1756, their brews include the choice label known as ""Honkin."" There are five veteran breweries in the same part of town; known as the ""Suwa Gokura,"" they hold events like the Nomiaruki Brewery Crawl that let you purchase coupon tickets and wander the area tasting sake from the different establishments."

訪れた時は試飲は中止していたので、ワンカップサイズを試しに買ってみました。本金(ほんきん)の名前の由来は、左右対称のごとく、裏表のない商売で本当の金(=一番)を目指すと言う思いを込め、命名されたとの事です。

A four-person lift which travels to the top of Mt. Kurumayama, the highest peak of Mt. Kirigamine, which is itself included in the 100 Famous Japanese Mountains list. Reaching the peak 1,925 meters above sea level requires a 15 minute journey and transferring between two lifts which travel a total vertical distance of 350 meters. Unlike a ropeway or cable car, the lift just has a single safety bar keeping you in place, and thus riders can experience the area's spectacular scenery unobstructed while being caressed by highland winds. From the top of the mountain, visitors can take in the Yatsugatake Mountains, the Japan Alps, the Asama Mountain Range, and distant Mt. Fuji. Be aware that there are no toilets at the summit.

A hot spring bathhouse adjoining the inbound line Suwako Service Area on the Chuo Expressway. The first hot spring bathhouse in Japan to be built on the grounds of a highway rest area, the facility is situated on a rise, enabling bathers to take in a sweeping view of Lake Suwa. The view at night is particularly beautiful. A popular, oasis-like destination for drivers to ease away the fatigue of a long journey, depending on the time of year, visitors can also enjoy seasonal baths such as a yuzu citrus bath or Chinese quince bath. As the hot spring taxes in Suwa City on the inbound line and Okaya City on the outbound line differ, the bathhouse entry fee differs depending on the direction you are traveling.

東名の足柄や名神の多賀等、全国の高速道路のSA、PAでお風呂があるところは他にもありますが、温泉はこの諏訪湖しか知りません。いつも出かけた帰りにこちらを通りかかると利用しますがリフレッシュできて良いと思います。循環ですが塩素臭は気にならない程度。普通の温泉のように規制がないので、お絵描きした方も良くご利用されますから気になる方は避けた方が良いと思います。

"This tourist farm is located in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture. You can enjoy all-you-can-eat ""Akihime"" and other varieties of strawberries for 30 minutes. There is an incline in the plastic greenhouse near the entrance, making it wheelchair-accessible. In addition, you can also purchase strawberries in the shop. It is open from January to around June each year."

今年は、持ち帰り1人1キロか食べ放題30分どちらか選べるそうで、私達はランチ後に行ったので、お持ち帰りにしました。 1キロはイチゴのパックで言ったら、だいたい4パック分ぐらいだと思います。大きいイチゴを選んで楽しいいちご狩りができました。食べ放題とは違うハウスで、大きめのがたくさんあり、コスパも良かったと思います。

This V-shaped park at the east end of Lake Suwa is punctuated with the Kamaguchi Water Gate. It is divided into four zones: Ikoi-to-Yasuragi, Event Sky Sports, Wellness Core, and Minatonagisa Park. You can enjoy mallet golf, the large playscape, and more. There is a jogging path along the lakeside, and the wide-open waterfront is perfect for a stroll. The fountain on Lake Suwa there is lit up at night and sends its spray 55 meters into the air. There is also a hot spring water stand near the Okaya City Gymnasium where people fill up their plastic tanks so they can drive back and have a soak at home.

A public bathhouse located in Shimosuwa Onsen. Shimosuwa Town's hot spring district was established in 1927, and this bathhouse is, relatively speaking, one of the newest in the area. The waters of the bathhouse' sulfate spring and chloride spring are said to alleviate nerve pain and muscle soreness and are a favorite of locals. The bathhouse' bathing area has a semicircular bathtub with a tile mural depicting Mt. Fuji. The bathhouse' waters are on the hot side, so bathers are encouraged to give their body time to adjust the heat and enter the tub slowly. The bathhouse doesn't not provide soap and other amenities for free but towels, soap, and shampoo, etc., can be purchased at the attendant's booth.

三湯めぐりは「旦過湯」「児湯」「新湯」の公衆温泉銭湯（浴場）がセットになっていて、その内の新湯は昭和（2年）に入ってから開湯したものです。い浴場です。わずかに塩味を有し、豊富な成分のお湯がリューマチや神経痛によく効くため、女性客に人気です。入湯料は子供110円、大人230円です。地元の人に根強い人気の公衆浴場です。
Manji no Sekubutsu (Stone Buddha)

This is a stone Buddhist statue close to Suwataisha Shrine Shimosha Harumiya in Suwa Town, Suwa County, Nagano Prefecture, and since the torso was carved in 1660—the third year of the Manji period—it has become known as Manji. It is said that this statue came about due to a stonemason who wanted to offer a stone Otorii gate to Suwa-taisha Shrine Shimosha Harumiya. When he started to hit a large boulder with a chisel, blood was seen running from the rock. Filled with surprise and fear, the stonemason carved the rock into an image of Amida Nyorai (the Amitabha Buddha). The large stone torso and small head is unusual for a stone Buddhist statue, and is famous for earning high praise from the likes of artist Taro Okamoto.

This octagonal, Roman-style spa has glass windows that offer views of Mt. Yatsugatake to the east and the Southern and Northern Alps to the west. It is the fifth among six hot spring facilities in Chino City and opened in 2003. It has a sauna, small and large rest areas, and an eating facility. It’s about 10 minutes by car from the Suwaminami Interchange on the Chuo Expressway.

玉川に居る親戚を訪ねた際、利用しました。祝日の19時頃に行きましたら、混んでいました。料金は、市外在住者は¥400、市内在住者は¥300です。施設内は広く、お風呂は広々としていて、サウナもありました。休憩スペースもあり、寝っ転がれます。夜21時までオープンしているそうです。

Facilities include a large indoor bath, cascading shower bath, vibrabath, and sauna. The outdoor bath, in which you can bath enwrapped in the clear highland air, is particularly well-reviewed. The waters of the spa's mildly alkaline simple spring are said to treat such ailments as fatigue, nerve pain, and joint pain. The center's hot spring bathhouse is a simple indoor bath area with a sauna but is popular because of how easy it is to use. A community space for people living in the area, there's a children's center on the second floor and a volunteer and city resident activity center on the third. Visitors are free to bring their own food and drink into the center's rest area, and here you can relax and enjoy a snack after a hot bath.

上諏訪温泉の日帰り入浴の中で、最安値かと思います。お湯は緑がかっていて、地元でも泉質がよいと言われている地区のお湯です。湯船はちょっとあつめかもしれません。赤ちゃん連れで入りましたが、都会の温泉のように、疎まれることはありませんでした。
