A museum located along Prefectural Route 33 in Shibukawa, Shibukawa City. Their exhibits include sheet music and records for chanson music as well as stage outfits worn by famous domestic and foreign chanson singers. The museum is home to a shop selling goods including chanson CDs, a Parisian style cafe, a garden, and more. On weekends and holidays they hold live performances of chanson music.
