    This restaurant specializing in cuisine featuring yuba tofu skin is in Hanawa, Daigo Town, Kuji County. They make their yuba with traditional methods using prefecture-grown soybeans and spring water from the Yamizo Mountains. They have a variety of meals available including their Mamesen Bento boxed lunch that's packed with yuba and seasonal cuisine. Their gozen Japanese style meal set features yuba and shabushabu, thinly sliced meat boiled with vegetables and dipped in sauce. The gozen set must be ordered in advance. They also have a shop that sells yuba, tofu, and other items.

    ゆばと豆腐の工場見学後、買い物、その後に食事をしました。豆腐の食べ放題がついた豆仙弁当は2300、ゆばのお刺身や天ぷら、シューマイ風、豆乳入りの茶わん蒸し等食べ応えありお勧めです。併設の売店は茨城県民にお得なサービス実施、いばらきkidsカードやシニアカードの提示で5%引きになります。

    ４人で個室を利用しました。曜日にもよるでしょうが比較的落ち着いて話ができました。食べ物は標準的で、コスパを考えれば十分です。とんがったところはないけれど、安定して楽しめます。
