    A cheesecake shop identifiable by its regal exterior. The shop has continued to make high quality cheesecakes whose superior flavor is revealed in their simplicity since it opened in 1993. The shop's most popular product is its rich and creamy Kase cheesecake. This vaunted gem has a smooth texture and the faintest citrus aroma. Made according to the same recipe as when the restaurant was founded, customers can buy by the slice or purchase a whole cake. The shop carries over 15 varieties of cakes, standard, including no-bake varieties which have even strong fruit juice and citrus notes, baked cheesecakes which go great with wine, and cheesecakes combined with whipped cream layers.

    土曜のお昼過ぎに訪問。 ノーゲスで少し心配でしたが、ショーケースには美味しそうなチーズケーキがずらり。ゴルゴンゾーラとバスクを注文。 ゴルゴンゾーラはチーズ好きにはたまらない濃厚さでgood！バスクの滑らかさは感動しました！他のもたべたい。

    飲んで食べた後に10時くらいにお邪魔しました。お店の中は結構混んでる。パフェの値段はちょっと高いですが、写真映えするかわいいパフェが何種類もあって楽しいです。味もおいしくて満足。

    苺農家が行う苺をふんだんに使った締めパフェ。 １１月からお昼の営業も開始する様です。 パフェの前に苺の種類の説明、「パフェの前に違いをお楽しみ下さい」とお通しの様に苺一個が出てきて味わえました。 大きいけど生クリームが多いわけではなく、スポンジも少なめ、さっぱり苺アイスで締めパフェにピッタリでした。苺が大好きな人には堪らないスイーツです。

    こちらは、円山の住宅街にひっそりあるフランススイーツのお店です。 店内はシックで高級感がある感じです。 マカロンとチーズケーキをいただきました。 チーズケーキは甘すぎず、ハーブの味・香りが新鮮でした、また、マカロンもしっとりと丁度よい甘さで美味しかったです。

    こちらのシェフは北海道出身で、バスク地方サンセバスティアンのレストランで修行をした後に北海道の究極のチーズケーキを生み出したようです。 外側のしっかりとした固さと内側のトロッとした柔らかさが特徴のチーズケーキは、お酒との相性も抜群のよいです。 塩を付けて食べると、チーズ感がぐっと強まります。

    円山公園から徒歩5分位。そんなに大きな看板も無いので、ちょっとしたら見落としてしまいそうな赤い屋根の一軒家風店舗です。 店内はそんなに広くないですが、ケーキの他にパンや焼き菓子も売っていて、イートインスペースもありました。 イチゴと生クリームのホールケーキを頂きましたが、イチゴに目が付いていて可愛かったです。味も甘すぎず食べやすいケーキでした。
