    The confectioner which sells the Ohirune Pudding, a sweet that took first place in popularity contests at both Tokyo Dessert Republic and Purin Dendo 2006 held in Kobe. Their pudding is carefully made using ingredients from Hokkaido and ingredients are brought in from all over Hokkaido for testing. Their creamy smooth pudding is the pride of the shop and really expresses the flavor of their eggs. In addition to this location you can also find their products at their Toko branch in Toko 1-Jo 5-Chome as well as their online shop. Other popular menu items are their Asahikawa Souffle which melts in the mouth and their Angel's Smile creamy cheese tart.

    旭川駅から車で15分くらい、北海道教育大学旭川校の近くですね。こじんまりしたお店ですが、こちらが本店なんですね。 エチュードと言えば、お昼ねプリンが有名ですが、今回はケーキを頂きました。レアチーズケーキを頂きましたが、濃厚なクリームチーズにベリーのソースがマッチしてかなりの美味しさでした。次回は他のケーキも試してみたいです。

    A western-style confectioner built around the concept of hospitality using Nordic hotels as a model. They offer sweets with safe, secure, gentle flavors nurtured by the climate of Hokkaido. Recommended is the shops Memorial Ring Baumkuchen cake, perfect for any sort of memorial setting. This is one of the shops finest products, made only from hand-selected top-quality flour and carefully baked layer by layer much like a tree grows its rings. It's characterized by its elegant fragrance and gentle texture and many people purchase it for celebrations or as gifts. Another popular product is their Cornetto pastry, a custard creme wrapped in a crispy pie pastry that can only be purchased at the shop.

    Very expensive but clean and nice cakes at this shop. Good service, but almost no English here. Quite a walk from the station.

    こちらは、旭川のツインハープ橋近くのケーキ屋さんです。 駐車場が広く車は停めやすいです。 店内はシャトレーゼさんぽい感じて、ケーキ、お菓子、アイスなどが綺麗に並んでいます。 この時期なので、ハロウィンのケースが６種類くらいあり、価格もリーズナブルで美味しくいただきました。

    イオンのレストラン街の近くにあり、行列があるわけではありませんが、常にお客さんがいる店舗です。 何度か利用しましたが、安定したスイーツです。

    お客さんきてもいらっしゃいませの一言も出てこない店。陳列しにきたパティシエ？らしき男性もパンを選んでいるところに来て邪魔扱いされた、店員感じ悪すぎでなんとなく普通の店じゃない？障害者の方の就職支援な感じ、ケーキも特別美味いかと言われてもそれほどでもないです。ケーキいまいちで接客最悪なんで近くですが行く事はないでしょう。

    買物公園通にあるケーキ屋さんです。駅からだと結構あります。ホテルに持ち帰って食べようと購入。季節限定のパンプキンチーズケーキにしましたが、甘すぎずしっとりとしていておいしかったです。
