The studio has a gallery with a standing exhibition of 70 pieces of ancient folk pottery as well as a classroom where people can learn and experience the various processes involved in pottery making, and visitors can come in contact with ceramics here in a variety of ways.

Here you can find pottery from the Seto-Shinano area, tableware, tea ceremony implements, and a variety of other ceramics items on display and for sale at direct sales prices. The facility also has a gallery and ceramics classroom.

    Located along Route 383, this facility is adjacent to Senrigahama Beach and offers horseback riding by members only, as well as horseback riding lessons, riding lessons, and a beach course (reservation required) where visitors can experience horseback riding on the beach. The club also has a restaurant where visitors can dine while enjoying a view of the ocean.

    Off the beaten path in Hirado is a quaint little ranch that boasts a restaurant that offers a reasonable menu. The recommended dish is their hamburger steak and it is really good. A word of warning...

    "This horse-riding club is the only one in Utsunomiya City. In a facility encircled by lush natural beauty, the club holds lessons with max class sizes of five people. Around 80% of the club's members started as complete beginners. One thing the club is acclaimed for is the courteous, one-on-one instruction that is provided until would-be riders have obtained a proper sense of balance as part of both its introductory horse rides and beginner lessons. All of the club's customers are taught the technique of keeping their horse ""on the bit,"" essential for cultivating balance and rhythm and for guiding one's horse to a higher degree of sophistication. Around four times a year, the club also holds an in-club tournament in which members wear full horseriding attire and run dressage and show jumping courses."

    A pottery studio of Aizu-hongo ware was founded in 2001 that has been making pieces sporting a modern youthful flair. The workshop is located in a remodeled kominka (old houses) and marked by its handmade signboard, and they produce simple and modern tableware that fits in with a modern lifestyle. The studio is known for their large number of works in the Konabiki style in which a white clay is layered over the base and then covered with a clear glaze. The beautiful gentle appearance, almost as though dusted with powder, is gaining popularity amongst women and young people. They also operate a cafe and gallery in a renovated warehouse just a short distance from the workshop.

    This facility is located in the grand natural scenery at the base of the Tateyama mountain range, and aims to pass down the 400 year old history and traditions of Ecchu-Seto Yaki pottery and local agriculture as a unified culture. The entrance offers a taste of Ecchu-Seto Yaki history, and displays and sells pieces from five potters working at four different kilns who carry on those traditions to today. You can also reserve a pottery experience class up to the day before your visit.

    This horseback riding club, located a 10-minute drive from Takamatsu Airport, is one of the largest in the Shikoku region. Offering primarily one-on-one lessons, customers can enjoy horseback riding tailored to their individual level of experience. All of the club’s staff members are experienced instructors who have been certified by the National Riding Club Association of Japan, and each year they appear in national championships and meets. The club is replete with all-weather and nighttime facilities, ensuring customers can take lessons even in the evening and on rainy days. The club’s extensive facilities also include shower rooms, lockers, a cafe space, and a pro shop.

    "A pottery studio that has operated in western Shimane's Iwami area since the 1970s. They make Iwami-yaki pottery, a traditional Gotsu handicraft known for large and sturdy earthenware jars and water jugs. This area is called ""Sekishu,"" and pottery making has thrived in the region since ancient times. According to the Iwami region's pottery lore, the district where Miyauchi Pottery is located is said to be the oldest in the tradition. They also hold pottery workshops where you can make items like teacups and bowls under the careful guidance of a traditional craftsman. The methods traditionally cultivated for making larger items has been passed down to the present day where they make practical pottery for modern living like tableware, umbrella stands, and garden sets."

    A membership-based horseback riding club located a two-minute walk from Sangubashi Station on the Odakyu Line. The longstanding club was established in 1921 and is the only horseback riding club in the 23 wards of Tokyo. Lessons and horseback riding experiences are available for non-members, as well, including tethered horseback rides led by a staff member and lessons for beginners, and here you can enjoy horseback riding supported by the attentive guidance of experienced instructors. Private lessons are the norm for experienced riders, and lesson takers can receive instruction from former Olympians and dressage judges.
